This review is after we had three really bad experiences. It took three for me to write this because this was such a great place! Wow! What has happened to this Restaurant, they use to get it all right! Now everything has changed! The girls at the front are so busy talking that they barley acknowledge you! They seat you like, Oh I have to get back to the front to finish my conversation with the other employee and you are an inconvenience!
They use to be packed; they are no longer full with a wait? This time my wife ordered their “Road Kill”, I ordered the Ribs, my son and his wife ordered filet medallions. Her road kill was not cooked as ordered medium had to send back, also was different, much smaller and thinner? Waitress said they changed their meats and the size of the road kill. My ribs were barley warm. Our potatoes were ok, just warm, all four vegetable were cold and not cooked? Waitress said I will have them put them in the microwave longer, I said I do not want my food micro waved, she said that is the way the cook all vegetables, I said are you kidding me? They made three attempts on the vegetables and then gave-up? You could not get your fork in them. My wife’s road kill was ok the third time as they appeared to have tried to place two paddies together and this time she could only eat the outer area as it was medium rare towards the center.
I never saw management until I ask for one. In the past they were always walking around checking with patrons? What has happened?
I have received over 16 emails with similar experiences at this restaurant but could not believe it until my third in a row BAD experience. This should be off of everyone’s night out list. You can do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.
Fast-food would be better and I NEVER eat fast Food!
